Bishkek, July 28, 2023. / Kabar/. 330,000 foreign citizens registered in Kyrgyzstan in six months, Deputy Minister of Digital Development of the country Zhazgul Kiyizbayeva told at a press conference at Kabar Agency.

She said that this figure has increased compared to the same period in 2022 (297 thousand citizens).

“The vast majority of registered citizens are labor migrants, students, tourists from near and far abroad,” she said.

Advisor to the President of the Tourism Development Support Fund in the Kyrgyz Republic Maksat Usubaliev noted that many climbers and travelers who need more time to adapt to the climate and go through the training process also arrive through their line.
