Al-Ahli, Al-Wakra to Play Tough Matches in Arab Men's Volleyball Club Championship

Cairo, February 26 (QNA) - Qatar's Al-Ahli and Al-Wakra are set to play two strong matches on Monday in the quarter-finals of the 41st edition of the Arab Men's Volleyball Club Championship, which is being held in Cairo and will continue until March 2.
Al-Ahli, who are second in the first group, will meet in the quarter-finals with Oman's Al-Seeb, the third in the second group.
Al-Ahli presented strong levels during the group stage, winning four matches against Kuwait's Kazma 3-1, Palestine's Al-Sadaqa 3-0, Yemen's Al-Mina 3-0, Libya's Al-Suwaihli 3-1, and losing one against Bahrain's Al Nasr 0-3.
Al-Wakra, second in the second group, will face in the quarter-finals Kuwait's Kazma, third in the first group.
Al-Wakra performed well and managed to win four matches against Oman's Al-Seeb 3-2, Yemen's Khabil 3-0, Iraq's Masafi Al-Shamal 3-2, and UAE's Baniyas 3-1, but lost to Al-Ahly of Egypt 1-3. (QNA)
