Bahraini-Hungarian relations, cooperation discussed

New York, Sept. 20 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, met the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, Péter Szijjártó, on the sidelines of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA 78).

 The two sides reviewed the distinguished friendship relations between Bahrain and Hungary, highlighting their significant growth. They also discussed opportunities for enhanced cooperation

The meeting also touched upon regional and international issues of common interest.

 The meeting was attended by the Director-General of the Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies, Dr. Shaikha Muneera bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Nations in New York, Ambassador Jamal Faris Al-Rowaiei, and the delegation accompanying the Minister.
