Bahraini runner wins third place in 200-meter race

Tashkent, May 2 (BNA): Bahraini Runner Layla Kamal won third place and a bronze medal in the women's 200-meter race at the fifth Asian Junior Championships.

The runner came in third place after finishing the race in 24:48 seconds.

The third place winner came behind Lee Testo from Hong Kong, who achieved first place in 24:27 seconds, while Indian runner Rizwana came in second place in 24:38 seconds.

Kamal won the women's 100-meter race in first place in 11:77 seconds, honored with the gold medal and became the fastest runner in the Asian region.
