14 PC increase in Iran exports from land borders

Tehran, Jan 13, IRNA – Iranˈs exports from land borders have witnessed 14 percent growth in the first nine months of the current Iranian calendar year (started on March 21, 2013) compared with its preceding year, it was announced on Monday. Director General of the Road Maintenance and Transportation Organization (RMTO) Faramarz Maddah said during the said period about 43.5 million tons of various goods were exported from the country. Maddah added that Afghanistan and Turkey were the first two top exporters of the Iranian commodities.
