Airbnb Names New GM For Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 6 (Bernama) – Airbnb has appointed Mike Orgill as the General Manager of Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan, effective immediately. In a statement Wednesday, the company said Orgill, who was formerly Airbnb’s Director of Public Policy for Asia Pacific (APAC), would be responsible for building long-term growth in some of Airbnb’s fastest growing markets. He would be reporting to APAC Regional Director Siew Kum Hong and would continue to support Airbnb’s public policy efforts in the interim until the appointment of a new APAC Director of Public Policy. – BERNAMA
