Alba CEO presents ‘Words of Wisdom’ to entrepreneurs

Manama, June 17 (BNA): Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba)’s Chief Executive Officer, Tim Murray, shared his practical knowledge as a leader of one of the world’s top aluminium smelters through a keynote presentation during KPMG Entrepreneurship Forum held on Monday 17 June 2019 at Gulf Hotel. The presentation was based on Alba’s CEO’s "Words of Wisdom (WoWs)", which are a collection of principles, quotations and concepts that Mr. Murray applied during his tenure as the CEO of one of the world’s leading aluminium smelters. The forum also addressed other industry-related topics and the impact of Alba’s Line 6 Expansion Project on the local economy after its full ramp-up. Alba’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer and other members of the Executive Management Team attended this session. On this occasion, Alba’s Chief Executive Officer, Tim Murray, said: "At Alba, we believe that nothing is more valuable than education and I am pleased to meet with this group of entrepreneurs to share some of the lessons learned being the CEO of Alba. The CEO’s participation comes as part of the KPMG’s Entrepreneurship Forum - an interactive platform established by KPMG since 2014 to bring together entrepreneurs, SMEs and owners of family businesses to share ideas, thoughts and up-to-date discussions with industry leaders and CEOs.
