Alba welcomes US ambassador

Manama, Oct. 22 (BNA): Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba), home-base of Line 6 Expansion Project, today welcomed H.E. Justin Siberell the U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain as part of the Company’s endeavours to strengthen commercial ties with USA.   During the visit, HE Justin Siberell and the delegation were briefed on the fast-paced progress of Alba’s Line 6 Expansion Project which will achieve the First Hot Metal on January 01, 2019.   Commenting on this occasion, Alba’s CEO Tim Murray said: “Bahrain and US have a historic relation of trade and friendship spanning many decades. We are pleased to welcome HE the US Ambassador and we look forward to strengthening the strong partnership between Bahrain and US as well as boosting business trade between the two countries.”   The delegation was also given an insight into the vital role that Alba plays in supporting the national economy and its role as a champion of Workplace Safety and Health.
