AmInvest CEO Ranked Among 50 Leaders Of Islamic Economy

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 14 (Bernama) -- AmInvest Chief Executive Officer Maznah Mahbob has been listed by ISLAMICA 500 as one of the world's top 50 personalities who have made a major impact on the Islamic industry this year. "The top 50 individuals, who have provided most cutting edge and innovative achievements, were identified based on a set of criteria," according to a statement issued by AmInvest on Monday. The criteria included innovation, substance, ethics, entrepreneurship, global or international impact, sustainability and long-term projects and multi-sector approach. ISLAMICA 500 is published by the Belgium-based ISFIN Institute, an independent consultancy firm on Islamic markets, which operates in 75 countries. Launched at the 11th World Islamic Economic Forum held in early November in Kuala Lumpur, the outstanding reference work records the achievements of men and women who built and pioneered the Islamic economy and halal industry. The individuals listed were selected from across the globe from different sectors, markets and nationalities. The invitation was granted only to those who demonstrated leadership, achievement and contribution to the development of the Islamic economy.
