Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation established

Baku, November 6, AZERTAC Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree establishing Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation Open Joint-Stock Company. Under the presidential decree, Natig Amirov is appointed as chairman of the company`s Supervisory Board and Kamran Nabizade as its Director General. The establishment of the state-owned Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation aims to increase effectiveness of public property management, set up accountability and control systems based on corporate management principles and build favourable cooperation between government bodies.
