Azerbaijan ups production of basic chemical products in January-June, 2013

Baku, July 21 (AzerTAc). In January-June 2013, AZN 135.5 mln-products were produced in industrial sector of Azerbaijan. The State Statistical Committee says production of rubber and plastic manufactured products dropped by – 23.8%, while production of products on chemistry industry increased by 6.5%, production of pharmacology products – 38.6%. The production of isopropyl alcohol rose by 71.6%, paints production-36.5%, while polyethylene production has dropped by 6.4%, propylene production- 22%.
