Azerbaijani Energy Minister to attend OPEC conference

Azerbaijani Minister of Energy Natig Aliyev will attend the second meeting of the High-level Committee of OPEC to be held in Vienna, Austria on November 28. The first meeting of the OPEC High-level Committee, established by the Algiers Accord, with non-OPEC oil producing countries was held on October 29, at OPEC headquarters in Vienna. In addition to OPEC Member Countries, six non-OPEC countries attended the joint Meeting. They were Azerbaijan, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Oman and the Russian Federation.
