BCCI receives Palestinian ambassador

Manama, Mar. 1 (BNA): First Vice-Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), Khalid Najibi received here the Palestinian Ambassador to Bahrain, Taha Abdulqader. BCCI’s Second Vice-Chairman, Mohamed Al-Kooheji, and Chief Executive Officer, Shaker Al-Shater, were present. Khalid Najibi lauded the depth of the Bahraini-Palestinian relations which, he said, is reflected in the exchanged high-level visits between the two sides. They discussed ways to strengthen economic relations between the business sectors in the two countries through enhancing cooperation and coordination between the two chambers in all business-related fields, and increasing the visits of trade delegations, given their role in boosting trade and economic cooperation between the two countries. The Palestinian envoy expressed pride in and appreciation of the pioneering role played by BCCI to strengthen Bahraini-Palestinian economic partnership. He affirmed common desire to strengthen the existing solid relations between the two countries.
