BCCI's CEO receives National US-Arab Chamber's counterpart

Manama, Feb. 22 (BNA): Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI)'s CEO Nabeel Al Mahmood recently received the President and CEO of the National U.S-Arab Chamber of Commerce, David Hamoud. They discussed the business relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States and means of reinforcing the trade partnership and investment activities particularly in light of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) signed between the two countries. The meeting also underlined the importance of exchanging business delegations and intensifying the presence on major events. In this regard, Hamoud encouraged the Bahraini side to attend the U.S-MENA Healthcare Summit scheduled later this year in Philadelphia, the IT Roadshow in January 2017, and other major events and seize the opportunity to avail from investment and partnership opportunities. Similarly, Al Mahmood expressed keenness on hosting U.S. business delegations and enlightening them of the business opportunities and the unique features of the Bahraini business environment.
