Colliers International Completes Merger

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 4 (Bernama) -- Commercial real estate services firm, Colliers International Group Inc has completed the merger with its largest independently owned affiliate, Colliers Parrish International Inc. The exercise has enabled Colliers International to significantly increase its scale and coverage in Northern California and Nevada with additional offices in San Jose, Oakland, Stockton, Pleasanton, Redwood City, Fairfield, Mountain View, Gilroy and Walnut Creek in California, as well as Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada. Colliers International President and Chief Operating Officer Dylan Taylor, said the acquisition had added more than 400 professionals, providing a comprehensive suite of services. This included investment sales, lease brokerage, capital markets, valuation and advisory and property management to local, regional, national and international clients, he said.
