Construction of Rasht-Astara Railway to start next year

Baku, November 16, AZERTAC The construction of the Rasht-Astara railway will begin in 2018, chairman of Azerbaijan Railways Javid Gurbanov has told reporters. He said that Azerbaijan has already granted a $500 million loan to Iran to complete the project. The Rasht-Astara railway is part of the North-South railway corridor.
