Dlala Signs MoU with Qatari Company for Strategic Partnership

Doha, February 16 (QNA) - Dlala Brokerage and Investment Holding Company has signed a memorandum of understanding with a Qatari company, to study the feasibility of entering into a strategic form of partnership with them. In a press release issued by (Qatar Exchange) website, the company said that it is about starting the process of appointing an independent consultant to determine the feasibility of the partnership. According to the press release, Dlala is in the preliminary stage of the feasibility and if it proves feasible it will move forward in this direction and take all the necessary legal and regulatory steps. Dlala Brokerage and Investment Holding Company (QSC) was established in May, 2005 with a paid up capital of QR200 million. In September, 2005, Dlala became the first non-banking financial Investment Company listed in Doha Securities Market DSM to provide brokerage services to investors in the equity markets. The Company is primarily engaged in brokerage and investment activities. (QNA)
