Emirates To Hold Roadshows To Recruit Pilots

KUALA LUMPUR, July 4 (Bernama) -- Emirates Airline will be holding pilot recruitment roadshows to recruit experienced and technically proficient commercial pilots to fly its growing network of international routes. Roadshow sessions will be held in Malaysia at the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel on July 8-9 at 10 am, the airline said in a statement. The roadshows offer interested pilots a great opportunity to learn more about the recruitment process, and talk to Emirates’ staff about the extensive training, career development pathways and progression plans the pilots are entitled to. Pilots need to attend only one of the three sessions and prior registration is not required to participate, and those who are unable to attend the roadshows can make an online application at its website. Emirates said while it had placed an order for over 200 aircraft from Airbus and Boeing, it would continue to increase its fleet size and extend its network. The airline now flies to over 150 destinations in 84 countries and services 24 destinations in 14 countries within the Asia Pacific region. Emirates currently operates three daily flights between Malaysia and Dubai. -- BERNAMA
