Ezdan Holding Shifts AGM Venue

Doha, April 04 (QNA) - The Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Assembly meeting of Ezdan Holding group will be held at 'Elkhima Hall' on the fourth floor in the tower No. 3 In Ezdan Hotel, instead of 'La Perla Hall' located in the same premises, a Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) bulletin announced the change of venue Monday. The meeting will be held April 11 at 4.30pm. QSE also said Qatar Electricity and Water Company and Al Khalij Commercial Bank will announce their financial results for the first quarter of 2016 on April 19. Doha Insurance Company and Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company will also announce their Q1 financial results on April 20. (QNA)
