Financial institutions to exhibit innovations in Money Expo

BANGKOK, April 25 (TNA) -- Hundreds of financial institutions will show off their financial innovations in the 18th Money Expo 2018 set at the IMPACT exhibition complex in Nonthaburi province on May 10-13. Santi Wiriyarangsarit, editor of Money & Banking magazine, said Money & Banking would organize the exposition with the concept of “Wealth Transformation” to respond to increasing technology application in money and equity markets. About 260 banks, financial companies, insurance firms, securities companies, fund management companies, gold brokerage houses and governmental organizations would present their services, technologies and promotions to visitors, he said. He cited that Kasikorn Bank would demonstrate its application of artificial intelligence to offer suitable services to individual customers. It will also present its K PLUS Beacon application software that will enable people with impaired vision and the elderly to do financial transactions via smartphones conveniently. Siam Commercial Bank would have its “Good Living for Aging Society” booth to serve older persons as Thailand became an ageing society, Mr Santi said. (END)
