GCC Accreditation Centre wins international recognition

Manama, Nov. 18 (BNA): Industry, Commerce & Tourism Minister Zayed Rashid Alzayani has received General Manager of GCC Accreditation Centre (GAC) Ahmed Al Mutery, who presented a copy of International recognition certificate of the GCC Accreditation Centre in the areas of inspection, calibration and examination. They discussed the cooperation aspects, praising the efforts undertaken by the centre. Al Mutery briefed the minister of GAC activities and the important role of accreditation in enhancing confidence in the quality system. The GCC Accreditation Centre was established on 8 May 2013 with the objective of providing accreditation services in various fields.
