GOIC Organizes Industrial Classification Course in Doha

Doha, October 10 (QNA) - The Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC) will organize an "Industrial Classification" course from October 23 to 25, 2016 at its headquarters in Doha. GOIC continues to organize specialized training courses aiming at developing the skills of industrial sectors staff to help them keep up with the latest developments in this vital sector. The course targets industrial classification staff at the ministries of commerce, industry and economy in the GCC, in addition to employees at statistical departments, customs, other relevant governmental entities and the private sector, GOIC said in a press statement issued Monday. It aims at improving industrial statistical skills, developing industrial statistical activities, and coordinating and unifying statistical methods used in the various industrial activities. The Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC) is an advisory knowledge-based institution aiming at developing regional industries by providing data, information, specialized researches, consultations and technical services for the public and private sectors in GCC countries. GOIC is a regional organization that brings together the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Sultanate of Oman, the State of Qatar, the State of Kuwait and the Republic of Yemen.
