Gulf Craft's fly-bridge yachts to meet Dubai Water Canal requirements

DUBAI, 9th January, 2017 (WAM) -- Gulf Craft, a Dubai-based yacht and boat builder, has announced that all fly-bridge motor yachts that it manufactures for the UAE market will meet Dubai Water Canal requirements. The company’s fleet of Majesty Yachts and Nomad Yachts will be constructed in accordance with height limits for the Dubai Water Canal, as specified by the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), said a statement from the company. The latest decision is part of the builder’s on-going efforts to help owners experience the emirate’s newest waterway, allowing them to sail through the heart of Dubai within the canal, it said. Craig Rodgers, Operations Manager at Gulf Craft’s Majesty Yachts and Nomad Yachts facility, said the manufacturer will build all yachts and boats for use in the UAE, based upon the waterway’s requirements. "By doing this, we ensure that our customers can enjoy all the leisure marine experiences the UAE has to offer," Craig said, adding that the first modified yachts will be available for review at the Dubai International Boat Show, which begins at the end of February 2017. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
