HE Al-Sada Confirms Participation of 12 Countries in Oil Producers Meeting

Doha, March 31 (QNA) - HE the Minister of Energy and Industry Dr. Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Sada on Thursday said that 12 oil-producing countries have yet officially confirmed their participation in the Oil Producers Meeting due in Doha on April 17, 2016. In a press release issued by the Ministry on Thursday, Dr. Al-Sada expects to receive more positive responses in the next few days from a number of countries that have confirmed their participation verbally. The statement said that the countries that confirmed participation to date are: Saudi Arabia, Russia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Venezuela, Nigeria, Algeria, Indonesia, Ecuador, the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the Sultanate of Oman in addition to the State of Qatar.
