IMF delegation visits Azerbaijani Central Bank

Baku, March 5 (AzerTAc). Head of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) Elman Rustamov has met a delegation of the International Monetary Fund's (IMF) Mission to the country. Elman Rustamov spoke about macroeconomic stability, economic growth, development of non-oil sector, the CBA`s monetary policy, the banking sector and capitalization of banks in the country. Head of the IMF Mission Raja Almarzugi praised development in Azerbaijan, as well as the financial and macroeconomic stability in the country. Emphasizing the short-term and medium term tasks of the country, the sides exchanged views on cooperation between Azerbaijan and IMF.
