Jakarta Composite Index Opens Slightly Higher

Jakarta, June 30 (Antara) - The Jakarta composite index (JCI) of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) opened slightly higher by 0.04 percent on Monday at 4,847.20 points. The JCI rose 2.07 points to 4,847.20 with the index of 45 most liquid stocks up 0.07 percent to 816.81 points. Meanwhile rupiah lost more value opening at the level of 11,985 per US dollar or weakening from the earlier level of 11,980 per dollar.
