MAB Kargo To Offer Freighter Service To Guangzhou From Nov 8

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 4 (Bernama) -- MAB Kargo will launch a freighter service from Kuala Lumpur to Guangzhou, China, effective Nov 8. The twice-weekly service, which offers 60 tonnes of cargo capacity per flight, was part of its effort to tap into the increasing cargo movements between Guangzhou Baiyun International Aiport and Kuala Lumpur International Airport, MAB Kargo said. "Guangzhou is recognised as the third busiest airport in China in terms of cargo traffic, as well as key Asia-Pacific hub for major cargo airline. "With this additional route, it will accelerate MAB Kargo's effort to spread its network throughout the Chinese regions and capitalise on the air freight growth of the emerging market," it added. At present, MAB Kargo connects customers to over 20 destinations including Hong Kong International Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Zhengzhou XinZheng International Airport and Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport.
