MALAYSIA BUSINESS AWARD 2011, GOOD PLATFORM FOR ENTERPRENUERS
KUALA LUMPUR, April 7 (Bernama) -- The Malaysia Business Awards (MBA) 2011 will serve as a good platform for entrepreneurs to develop their business networking, said Kuala Lumpur Malay Chamber of Commerce (KLMCC) President Syed Amin Aljeffri.
Being held for the third time on May 21, the award honours individuals in Malaysia who have achieved success and excellence in their respective businesses.
"The award is also part of our role as a chamber to encourage entrepreneurs to be actively involved within Malaysia and globally," Syed Amin told a press conference here Thursday.
There will be five categories of awards, namely for Lifetime Achievement, Entreprenuer of The Year, CEO Of The Year, Industry Merit Award and the KLMCC Award for members.
"The chamber conducts its own evaluation or talent count on potential winners, without their knowledge, with the help of a panel of judges who will comprise prominent and distinguished Malaysians who themselves have excelled in their respective fields," Syed Amin added.
