Ministry for Development of Russian Far East plans to sign agreement on establishment of agro-industrial investment fund with China

MOSCOW, December 14. /TASS/. The Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East plans to sign an agreement on establishing the Russian-Chinese agricultural investment fund, Deputy Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East Sergey Kachaev said Monday. "During the visit of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to China, we plan to sign an agreement on the establishment of the Russian-Chinese agricultural investment fund of," he said. "Chinese investors are very interested in the development of agriculture in the Far East," Kachaev said. He also noted that in the framework of Medvedev's visit to China a number of other agreements will be signed as well. "We will sign a series of agreements that will find practical implementation at the beginning of next year," Kachaev said. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has arrived in the Chinese city of Zhengzhou, where he will start his four-day official visit to China. Read more
