More than QR 422 Million Volume of Real Estate Trading Within a Week

Doha, October 09 (QNA) - The volume of real estate transactions in the sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from September 30 to October 4 amounted to QR 422,802,320. According to the weekly bulletin issued by the Department, the list of real estate sold includes land, housing, residential buildings, commercial buildings, residential complexes, multi-use buildings and commercial buildings. Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Doha, Al Khor, Al Dhakira and Al Wakrah. The volume of real estate trading during the period from September 23 to September 27 was QR 357,450,721. (QNA)
