MSE TO COLLABORATE WITH NGO IN IMPROVING CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Such a memorandum has been established between the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE) and the "Development Center for Corporate Governance" NGO. The document was inked Wednesday by D.Angar, an acting director of the MSE, a state-run institution; and by T.Tsend-Ayush, the NGO director. The sides will improve the governance of companies registered in the MSE and also non-registered companies, ensure a transparency of information, protect a trust of investors, and create a system of quick and high standard reporting process.
