Msheireb Properties Wins 'Developer of the Year' from Arabian Business Qatar

Doha, September 29 (QNA) - Msheireb Properties, a subsidiary of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF), won the "Developer of the Year" award at the Arabian Business Qatar Awards 2016. The panel praised the real estate developer for their master planning of the Msheireb Downtown project. They added that the award was in recognition of the developer's efforts over the past year in "masterminding the Msheireb Downtown Doha" project. The Arabian Business Qatar Awards are handed it to individuals and companies who are viewed as the most successful in their field by the judging panel. The Msheireb Downtown Doha project extends over 31 hectares and its development is reportedly worth QR20 billion. The renovated area will incorporate sustainable and environmentally friendly measures. Msheireb Properties is a real estate development company and a subsidiary of Qatar Foundation. The company was established as a commercial venture to support the foundations aims, as well as the goals of Qatars 2030 Vision. (QNA)
