National logistics companies competence praised

Manama, Aug. 9 (BNA): Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI)'s Executive Bureau member and head of Transport & Logistics Sector Committee, Abdulhakeem Alshemeri, has underlined the good reputation and competence of national logistics companies. He urged national industrial companies in Bahrain to partner and work closely with national and GCC logistics companies in exporting their goods across the borders. He called local companies to intensify their cooperation with them and refrain from working with non-existent companies or truck owners to prevent unnecessary delays, loss, and difficulty in filing claims in case of mishap. He lauded the role and contribution of industrial companies to the national economy, and highlighted the prospective impact of supporting national logistics companies on enhancing the vigour of the business environment in Bahrain.
