Pakistan's Advisor to Prime Minister on Finance and Economic Affairs Thanks HH the Amir for Support

Islamabad, June 25 (QNA) - Advisor to Prime Minister on Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs Dr Abdul Hafeez Shaikh expressed Tuesday his gratitude to HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani for announcing $3 billion in deposits and direct investments in Pakistan. Shaikh expressed his thanks to HH the Amir for the commitment to developing relations between Qatar and Pakistan further. Associated Press of Pakistan quoted the Pakistani official as saying "(I) want to thank the Amir of Qatar HH Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani for announcing $3 billion in deposits and direct investments for Pakistan and for Qatar's affirmation to further develop relations between the two countries." HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani said that the Qatari support comes following the directives of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani. In a statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA), His Excellency said that the Qatari support was made to underscore the deep relations between the two brotherly countries and peoples, as well as the confidence of the State of Qatar in the strength of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan's economy and the vision and good management of the current government headed by HE Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan.
