Qatar Cement to Distribute QR 4 A Share as Dividends

Doha, February 16 (QNA) - Qatar National Cement Company agreed today during its AGM and EGM Meetings to distribute profits worth 40% of the paid up capital, or QR4 riyals per share. They also agreed to distribute 10% extra shares, one share for every 10 owned. They approved accordingly to amend article 6 of the Articles of Association and increasing the share capital to QR. 594,117,220/-, divided into 59,411,722 shares the nominal share value is QR.10.
