Qatar Cinema to Distribute 15% Cash Dividend, 10% Bonus Shares

Doha, February 09 (QNA) - Qatar Cinema and Film Distribution Company will distribute 15% dividend and 10% bonus shares to its shareholders for the year 2011. The cinema company announced these, among other decisions, after its ordinary and extraordinary annual general meetings held here Wednesday. The Board of Directors discussed and ratified the auditors' reports and approved all points on the agenda of the meetings. The bonus share will be distributed at the rate of one share for every ten shares held by shareholders after ratification. (QNA)
