Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company Elects New Board

Doha, March 14 (QNA) - Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company (QIMC) has elected new board of directors' members for a three-year term from 2016 to 2018 at its Ordinary General Assembly meeting held here. The company elected the following members: Sheikh Abdulrahman Bin Mohd Jabor Al-Thani (Chairman); Nasser Bin Rashid S. Al-Kaabi (Vice-Chairman); Sheikh Rashid Bin Awaidha Mohd. Thani Al-Thani; Saad Mohd. Saad J. Al-Rumaihi; Abdullah Mohd. Shamsan Al-Saada; Abdulmohsen Bin Youssef Al-Mana; Muhammed Hussain Ali Al-Abdulla; Al Hermaz Investment Company representative of Ahmed Youssef Hussain Kamal. The Government of Qatar has appointed Abdulla Hamad Al-Misnad and Muhammad Khalid AlMannai as its representatives. At the meeting, QIMC also approved the decision to disburse 305 cash dividend or QR 3 of the share's nominal value. (QNA)
