SOCAR, Uzbekneftegaz plan to create joint venture

Baku, December 28, AZERTAC The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) and the national holding company of Uzbekistan Uzbekneftegaz will establish a joint venture. The sides have already signed a memorandum on the establishment of a joint venture on the basis of parity. Documents related to the establishment of the enterprise will be signed in the first half of 2016.
