Time limit on securities market licenses to be removed

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Financial Regulatory Commission Monday decided to remove the time limit of license that grants rights to involve in securities market since 2014. Within the last three years, the Commission has granted licenses to carry out activities on the securities market for a three year’s period to a total of 50 companies, and extended the time limit for another 53. A new permanent license is expected to reduce burdens and bureaucracy in rendering public services, and as well in monitoring the compliance of all activities in relation to securities market such as overseeing the market, issuing securities transactions and trading of securities with relevant laws and rules, noted officials from The Financial Regulatory Commission.
