Turkish airport caterer received "Best Supplier" award in Britain
ISTANBUL (A.A) - Turkey-based airport caterer BTA's Cakes&Bakes was named "Best Supplier" among the world's best airport food and beverage operators in the first-ever Airport Food and Beverage Awards, organised by the Moodie Report, the Turkish caterer said Thursday.
BTA Catering is an affiliate of the Turkish airport operator TAV Airports.
BTA's Cakes&Bakes was also nominated as finalist in three other categories in "Best Food-Led Cafe Bar/Restaurant," "Best Self Service/Assisted Service," and in "Eat and Fly."
BTA offers catering services to around 37,000 passengers daily at Istanbul's Ataturk International, Ankara's Esenboga International, Adnan Menderes, Georgia's Tbilisi and Batumi Terminals, Tunisia's Enfidha Airport and Macedonia's Skopje Airport.
