WB invested more than $4bn in projects in Azerbaijan, deputy minister

Baku, March 7, AZERTAC The World Bank has so far spent more than $ 4 billion to invest projects in Azerbaijan, said Deputy Minister of Economy Sevinj Hasanova at the high-level Forum on “Diversification of the Economy – the role of private sector” held in Baku. Hasanova noted that Azerbaijan attaches special importance to cooperation with the World Bank. “Azerbaijan and the WB have jointly implemented more than 50 projects since the 1990s,” she added.
