Defense Minister Discusses With His Italian Counterpart The Development Of Future Relations Between The Two Countries

 Baghdad / NINA / - Defense Minister Thabet Muhammad Saeed Al-Abbasi discussed with his Italian counterpart, Guido Crosito, the development of future relations between the two countries.

A statement by the ministry stated: The two sides discussed ways to develop future relations between Iraq and Italy, as well as the two countries' endeavor to open ways of joint cooperation in the future and developing the necessary plans for that.

Al-Abbasi appreciated: Italy's efforts during its participation in the international coalition in the Iraq war against the terrorist ISIS, and the role of the NATO mission and its support for Iraq through the training and development courses that were held for the cadres of the Ministry of Defense inside and outside Iraq. / End
