Foreign Minister attends GCC meeting

Riyadh, Mar.22 (BNA): Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani today took part in the GCC ministerial meeting, which was held at the GCC General Secretariat headquarters in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,

Chaired by Oman’s Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, the meeting was also attended by GCC foreign ministers and the GCC Secretary General Jasem Mohamed al-Budaiwi. 

The Kingdom’s delegation also included Bahrain’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Shaikh Ali bin Abdulrahman bin Ali Al Khalifa, Foreign Ministry’s Affairs Director General Ambassador Talal Abdulsalam Al Ansari and GCC Affairs Department Chief Ambassador Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Eid.

The session discussed issues on the agenda, including free trade negotiations, strategic dialogue between the GCc and other countries and global blocs, regional and international developments.
