Foreign Minister attends Kuwaiti National Day celebrations in Geneva

Geneva, Mar. 1 (BNA): Foreign Affairs Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani attended the reception hosted by the Permanent Representative of Kuwait to the United Nations in Geneva, ambassador Naser Abdullah Muhareb Al Hayen, on the occasion of the 62nd anniversary of the National Day and 32nd anniversary of liberation of Kuwait.

Dr. Al Zayani extended his congratulations to the ambassador and the members of the embassy on this occasion, expressing his wishes to the government and people of Kuwait for continued progress and prosperity.

He praised the distinguished level of the relations and the continuous development they are witnessing in various fields, thanking His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the Emir of Kuwait His Highness Shaikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

Ambassador Al Hayen appreciated the minister’s participation in the reception, stressing the depth of the relations between the two countries.
