Foreign Ministry Undersecretary meets with Thai Deputy Premier

Bangkok, Mar. 7 (BNA): The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, met with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the friendly Kingdom of Thailand, Don Pramudwinai, as part of his official visit to Bangkok.

The meeting reviewed the strong long-standing cooperation and friendship between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Thailand, and means of enhancing them in various fields.  Discussions also focused on a number of regional and international issues of common concern.

For his part, the Thai Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs affirmed his country's keenness to consolidate cooperation and friendship between the two countries, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
