“Yelbasy zhane Yelorda” exposition
Astana, July 02, 2009 (Khabar) - "Yelbasy zhane Yelorda” exposition has been opened in Astana, it demonstrates development of state system of our republic and role of Nursultan Nazarbayev in forming of new capital. “Yelbasy zhane Yelorda” exposition presents hundreds of books and photos about Astana. Due to the initiative of the President and his creative energy, Astana became a unique political, architectural center that attracts attention of the whole world now.
“Baiterek” play has been staged at the scene of Presidential cultural center. It was staged according to the poem of Nesipbek Aituly, and Myrzatai Zholdasbekov, well-known figure of culture wrote scenario.
Myrzatai Zholdasbekov, director of Presidential center of culture:
- The play is dedicated to very serious issue, shifting of capital from Almaty to Akmola city. It is very affecting and unique event and I am happy we are witnesses of these historical events.
Alexander Sidorovich, director of Kazakhstani branch of Moscow State University:
- “Baiterek” play is an important event in cultural life of Kazakhstan because it reveals inner fate and life of Nursultan Abishevich in unity with time. The game successfully reflects spiritual world and spiritual roots of Nursultan Abishevich.
Talented actor Kuandyk Kystakbayev has performed the role of President in “Baiterek” play.
Kuandyk Kystakbayev, actor:
- The President visited the play last year and he attentively watched the play as if he recollected his own life. After the play ended, he thanked the whole troupe for staging “Baiterek”. It is a high honor for me to play the role of President and his praise is double award for me.
