40th anniversary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ institute named after Barymbek Beisenov

Karaganda, October 10, 2009 (Khabar) - For 40 years the high school has prepared more than 15 thousand experts, today they with honor serve in law-enforcement structures of Kazakhstan and the Commonwealth countries. First of all the holiday is a meeting of teachers and graduates. Sergey Sokolov is one of the first graduates of the institute. In 1974 he has graduated with the highest grades and has received the first military rank - the lieutenant. Today the lieutenant-general Sokolov serves in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. He represents interests of the department in Bulgaria.

Sergey Sokolov, the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Bulgaria:
- There are feelings of gratitude to a management, the faculty in formation us as professionals. On the one hand we were brought up by parents, and on the other hand as professionals we were brought up by our teachers. There is a big feeling of gratitude to them that in this life we became those who we are.

Among the graduates of the school who have arrived to the anniversary celebration are 25 generals, more than 30 doctors of the jurisprudence, famous public persons and politicians of the CIS. They have assigned wreaths and flowers to a monument of the founder of institute Barymbek Beisenov and remembered the memory of graduates who were killed on duty of service.
