4th International scientific forum “Ryskulov readings”
Almaty, May 26, 2009 (Khabar) - Almaty has witnessed the opening of an international forum entitled “Ryskulov readings”. Over the four years of its existence, this forum has become very popular among scholars from Asia and Europe. The theme of the present forum was the global financial crisis.
Ahan Bizhanov, senator of RK Parliament:
- I am very pleased to know that scholars from other states noted that in Kazakhstan, the issues of overcoming the global financial crisis and the implementation of the state programme have a good scientific basis.
Attendees said that Kazakhstan will be able overcome the crisis with minimum losses because of the efficient measures of the government. Kazakhstan’s financiers believe that currently, the most crucial issue is the search for a new way of post-crisis development.
Arken Arystanov, chairman of RK Agency on Regional Finance Centre of Almaty supervision:
- The fact that all priorities of the programme were connected with domestic economic development will boost the economic growth of Kazakhstan and the contribution of Kazakhstan’s economy into the world economic community.
Experts claim that entrepreneurs should orient themselves to effective processing industries and embracing new technologies. The country is in need of new certification mechanisms.
