Advisory Council Speaker Meets US Congressional Delegation

Doha, February 19 (QNA) - Speaker of the Advisory (Shura) Council, HE Mohammed bin Mubarak al Khulaifi met here today with a visiting delegation of the U.S. Congress. Talks during the meeting dealt with bilateral parliamentary ties and means of enhancing them. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Speaker of the Advisory Council, HE Isa bin Rabia Al Kuwari, the Council's General Secretary, HE Fahd bin Mubarak Al-Khayareen and a number of senior officials at the Council.
