Agency on affairs of construction and housing-public utilities sphere

Astana, July 29 2009, Khabar – New leader of Agency on affairs of construction and housing-public utilities sphere. Prime Minister Karim Massimov has presented him to the personnel. According to the decision of head of the state, Serik Nokin is appointed the chairman of Agency on affairs of construction and housing-public utilities sphere. Earlier he took the post of chairman of Committee on construction affairs. The Prime Minister defined the main tasks of the Agency – perfecting of system of state regulation of building sphere with paying special attention to energy saving, increasing of effectiveness of expertise in construction and annihilating of ungrounded rise in prices of projects, guaranteeing of solution of problems of share-holders, participants of markets of mortgage loaning and whole sphere of housing construction, elaboration of further development plan as problems are solved. Prime Minister said “Success of further development of Kazakhstani economy depends in many respects on successive functioning of Agency as these issues are under the rapt attention of society and market participants”.
